Delete Your SupplySphere Connect Account
SupplySphere Connect is provided by NebulaDot. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email from your registered email address, if available.
- Include your registered mobile number and account role: Retailer or Representative.
- Use the subject: “SupplySphere Connect Account Deletion Request”.
Data that will be deleted
- Account and profile information
- Registered mobile number
- Business profile information
- Connection and account-association records
- Other personal data associated with the account
Data that may be retained
Certain transaction, order, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Retained information will be restricted and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. We may contact you to verify ownership of the registered mobile number before completing the request.
